BMC declared third most trusted government corporation
Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has been declared as the 3rd Most Trusted among Government Corporations in a survey conducted in 16 cities across India
Mayor of Mumbai Shri Sunil Prabhu asserted that this declaration is the acknowledgement of best civil services rendered by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation to the residents of Mumbai.
Mayor further asserted that this has been achieved due to the confidence shown since last 15 years on the BJP-Shivsena combine which could implement the development projects for the Mumbai.
Also, for the success of Corporation’s 3rd rank in the country, efforts of Officers & employees of the Corporation have the lion’s share.
Mayor was talking with the reporters today (3rd January 2014) during the Press Meet at the Civic Headquarters announcing the result of “The Brand Trust Report, India Study – 2013” conducted by TRA (Trust Research Advisory).
The report is the third edition lists 1100 of India’s Most Trusted Brands divided into 211 categories. This report is the result of all-round preliminary findings on 61 components of Brand Trust Matrix, a proprietary model of TRA.
This research has been the most detailed study at a global level. Research was conducted with the help of 2505 respondents across 16 cities.
After the research of thirteen thousand hours, thirty lakh data-points and nineteen thousand brands were developed.
